Coaching is about listening whilst being non-critical and non-judgemental. As each goal or desired outcome is defined, I will propose specific actions that will move you ever closer to the results that you seek. At Living Your Dream Life Coaching we believe while these actions are important, it is the outcome from those actions that realize success.

Some coaches and clients prefer to work face-to-face, some coaching sessions are conducted by telephone. As our client I’ll plan to speak with you at a pre-arranged time generally at weekly or fortnightly intervals and each session typically lasts one hour and will not be longer than one and a half hours. We also aim to make ourselves available to our clients whenever they feel they need us.
 
All of us at Living Your Dream Life Coaching believe that coaching is an interactive process where the coach guides and facilitates the client's progress towards defined goals. These may concern relationships, career, self confidence, financial matters, or commonly an uneasy feeling that 'life has drifted off course' or 'there must be something better than this'. 
 
Each session is fun, interactive and focuses on our clients. At the end session, coach and client come to agreement on the actions that they will take before the next session. The subsequent session will review those actions, their results and your feelings about them. It is this immediacy and need to report back which make life coaching so effective
